主要職責(zé)： · To implement the commissioning job, warranty job and repairing job of surface and underground drilling rig according arrangement of service manager. Feedback the quality issue to supervisor and assist supervisor to handle customer complaints. 按安排完成露天和地下鉆機(jī)的開機(jī)調(diào)試、保修、修理等日常工作。向上級(jí)反饋產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，協(xié)助上級(jí)處理客戶投訴。 · Support to the distributors and the end users, including technical training, technical consulting and trouble shooting. 對(duì)代理商和用戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品支持，包括對(duì)代理商和用戶的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、技術(shù)咨詢、故障排除。 · Be safety work and safety living. 安全工作和生活。 · Work close with the sales team to develop the customer’s satisfaction and relationship. 和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作，做好客戶滿意度工作。 · Work close with the parts sales team and Luoyang service center to develop aftermarket business; promote the sales business of consumables and parts. 和零配件銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)、洛陽(yáng)服務(wù)中心緊密協(xié)作，發(fā)展后市場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)，促進(jìn)消耗品及零配件的銷售。 · Report to Territory Service Manager, Sales area China, Sandvik Construction. 匯報(bào)給區(qū)域服務(wù)經(jīng)理。 Qualification Requirement: 資質(zhì)要求： · Majoring in mechanical engineering, having hydraulic, electric and mechanical background. 機(jī)械工程專業(yè), 有液壓、電氣和機(jī)械知識(shí)背景。 · More than 3 years’ experiences in construction engineering industry, having surface andor underground drilling rig service experiences are preferred. 3年以上工程機(jī)械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有露天和（或）地下鉆機(jī)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 · Be very healthy and willing to travel frequently. 身體健康，能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常性出差。 · Good attitude on customer service. 良好的客戶服務(wù)態(tài)度。 · Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer. 良好的溝通技巧，有時(shí)作為培訓(xùn)師的角色。 · Very good English in reading. May write report in English and communicate with foreigner. Good proficiency in MS office – such as Excel and PowerPoint 良好的英文閱讀能力，可用英文進(jìn)行書寫和口語(yǔ)溝通
