工作內(nèi)容 ：
1、銷售業(yè)務(wù)管理 根據(jù)客戶需求與公司營(yíng)運(yùn)流程，接收并管理客戶訂單，跟蹤采購(gòu)、計(jì)劃、庫(kù)存、發(fā)貨執(zhí)行、客戶資信與回款等，完成銷售服務(wù)；
2、客戶關(guān)系管理 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要，以各種形式加強(qiáng)與客戶的溝通；建立長(zhǎng)期、良好、穩(wěn)固的關(guān)系；
3、銷售信息及回款管理 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要及市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)，收集產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)行情變化及重點(diǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的銷售策略、市場(chǎng)策略等信息，保證銷售信息的及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性和完整性；收集信息、評(píng)估客戶資信及對(duì)公司的重要程度，確保應(yīng)收帳款處于正常范圍；
4、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā) 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及銷售部門(mén)的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)，了解客戶需求動(dòng)態(tài)，挖掘潛在客戶，并對(duì)客戶開(kāi)發(fā)情況進(jìn)行跟蹤；
5、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理 有效管理團(tuán)隊(duì)下屬人員，積極開(kāi)展團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)。
任職要求：
1、30周歲以上，大學(xué)以上文化程度，工科背景或管理類專業(yè)；
2、3年以上煤炭、焦碳及鐵礦石銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有同類企業(yè)高管經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮；
3、與鐵路運(yùn)輸部門(mén)／海運(yùn)部門(mén)有合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4、與煤炭、焦碳及鐵礦石行業(yè)上下游企業(yè)有關(guān)系渠道；
5、熟悉煤炭、焦碳及鐵礦石行業(yè)上下游客戶及所屬行業(yè)的運(yùn)作模式、特點(diǎn)及流程；
6、開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取，敢于承擔(dān)銷售額以及拓展客戶的壓力；
7、有良好的職業(yè)操守與責(zé)任心；較強(qiáng)的公關(guān)能力，觀察能力和應(yīng)變能力，善于組織、協(xié)調(diào)和利用各種資源；具有出色的人際關(guān)系處理技巧；
8、能夠接受經(jīng)常出差及國(guó)外出差
· 負(fù)責(zé)煤炭礦石進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)，對(duì)外、對(duì)內(nèi)聯(lián)絡(luò)原料進(jìn)口業(yè)務(wù)，向國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外推廣和銷售公司產(chǎn)品；
· 按外貿(mào)要求傳遞相關(guān)的客戶要求,制作和辦理各種結(jié)匯所需單據(jù)；
· 負(fù)責(zé)信息調(diào)研、搜集、整理，包括市場(chǎng)信息、客戶信息、合作伙伴信息等；
· 負(fù)責(zé)與貨代公司，報(bào)關(guān)行等接洽單位客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)與協(xié)調(diào)。
職位要求：
1) 3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2) 國(guó)際貿(mào)易、英語(yǔ)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷；
3) 通過(guò)cet-4，具備優(yōu)秀的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力；
4) 熟練掌握常用辦公軟件如ms office (word、excel、ppt等)；5) 25-35歲，熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程，具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，談判能力，協(xié)調(diào)能力、執(zhí)行能力；優(yōu)先條件：具有煤炭行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)歷著優(yōu)先。
